Cancellation And Refund Policy

At Aamish Aaftab (aamishaaftab.com), we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for our clients. Please review the following terms regarding refunds and fees:

Onboarding Fees:

Once you have paid the onboarding fees, they are non-refundable. Onboarding fees are a one-time charge applied at the beginning of the service engagement. We may offer a free trial for a specified period during which no fees are charged. However, if you decide to continue with our services after the trial period, onboarding fees become applicable.

Monthly Charges:

Upon confirmation of the engagement, we will invoice you at the end of each month for the services utilized during that month. You are required to pay for the services based on your usage. We reserve the right to bill you twice a month, resulting in bi-monthly charges, without altering the monthly fee amount. Regardless of the billing frequency, charges will be applied only at the end of the billing period.

Notice Period:

If the engagement continues for more than two months, a one-month notice period is applicable for both parties. This notice period is chargeable, and no discounts will be provided unless agreed upon separately. For instance, if the engagement spans four months and you decide to discontinue our service, you are required to fulfill the fifth month with us along with the associated fees.

Exclusions:

This policy does not apply to project-based engagements. For projects with a fixed duration, an advance fee is mandatory up to a specified amount. The full payment must be made upon project completion.
